Research success of our student, Konstantinos Alexopoulos A research study entitled "Revolutionizing Formula 1: Unveiling the Impact of Virtual Advertising on Brand Visibility and Fan Engagement," conducted by Konstantinos Alexopoulos, MSc student in the Marketing program, Dr. Vagia Mochla, and Professor George Tsourvakas, has been accepted for presentation at the 12th International Conference on Contemporary Marketing Issues, scheduled to take place in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, from July 10th to 12th.
This paper explores the fascinating field of Virtual Advertising technology, focusing on its application in Formula 1 races. Virtual Advertising involves seamlessly integrating digital elements into broadcasts, presenting innovative opportunities for brand exposure. The study investigates the average visibility of virtual signage during Formula 1 Grand Prix broadcasts and reveals that virtual advertising signage significantly increases brand exposure.
