Prior to his academic posting, he worked for ten years as an Administration Manager at the Greek Organization Against Drugs (OKANA). He taught at the Athens University of Economics and Business, at the Hellenic Open University, and at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens both at graduate and post graduate level.
